Using Spoqi means agreeing to these. They are short because the service is.

Age

You must be at least 18 years old. You confirm this before the camera opens, and it is checked automatically while you chat.

Conduct

You agree to the rules. You are responsible for what your camera shows and what you say. Do not use Spoqi to break the law, to record another person without their knowledge, or to harass anybody.

Access

Access can be withdrawn permanently at any time, automatically or otherwise, without notice. There are no accounts, nothing is paid for, and nothing is owed to you.

No warranty

Spoqi is provided as-is, with no guarantee that it works, that anybody is available to talk to, or that moderation catches everything. Automated moderation is a filter, not a promise: you may still be shown something you did not want to see. Press Next, and report it.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for anything arising from your use of Spoqi, including what another person says or shows you.
